One of our goals here at Smile Creations is to provide all of the information you need to completely understand your dental health, the treatment possibilities, and the steps to completing your treatment. If you have dental insurance (we accept PPO policies), we are happy to work with you and the insurance company to utilize your benefits to the max. Please bring your current insurance and a photo i.d. with you to your first appointment.

We are pleased to offer you a variety of payment plans through CareCredit. When you utilize the benefits of CareCredit, you will be able to pay for your desired services at your convenience under plans that you are able to afford.
